What’s included in the rental?

Your venue rental includes exclusive access to our modern indoor event space, scenic outdoor ceremony areas, two private getting-ready suites, on-site restrooms, bar area, and use of the surrounding property, including our pond and outdoor gathering spaces.

Tables and chairs are included with your rental. Select packages also include overnight accommodations in our six on-site chalets.

What is the guest capacity?

Our venue can comfortably accommodate up to 200 guests.

Are outside vendors allowed?

Yes. Couples may bring in their own vendors or choose from our preferred vendor list. All outside vendors must be pre-approved by the venue and provide proof of liability insurance.

Is lodging included?

Lodging is included with our Weekend Wedding Package, which features exclusive use of all six on-site chalets—ideal for wedding parties, close family, and friends.

For single-day events, chalets may be rented separately based on availability.

Can we host both our ceremony and reception on site?

Yes. Couples may host both their ceremony and reception at Chalets by the Lake Venue, with indoor and outdoor options available.

Is alcohol allowed?

Yes. Alcohol is permitted but must be served by a RAMP-certified bartender hired through a licensed and insured bar service. Chalets by the Lake Venue does not provide alcohol.

Do you offer wedding planning or coordination services?

We do not provide in-house wedding planning or coordination services. We recommend that couples hire a professional wedding planner or day-of coordinator to assist with timelines, vendor coordination, and event flow.
